This explains what Stock Simplifier actually is and how it works under the hood. Read this before you use the product.
Stock Simplifier is an AI-powered stock research tool designed to help users gather, organize, and understand financial information faster. The Service is built on:
Because the Service depends on AI models and third-party data pipelines, outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. We work to improve accuracy continuously, but cannot guarantee it. Every AI Output must be independently verified before you act on it.
This is the most important section. Stock Simplifier is a research tool, not a financial advisor. The AI does not know your personal financial situation, tax status, risk tolerance, or investment goals. Never make a financial decision based solely on what this tool tells you.
Specifically:
YOU ARE SOLELY AND FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INVESTMENT DECISIONS YOU MAKE. The Company accepts no liability of any kind for any financial losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, or other damages that arise from your use of the Service or reliance on any AI Output, regardless of whether that output was inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Investment losses you incur are not recoverable from the Company under any circumstances, including circumstances where an AI Output contained factual errors or omissions.
If you are a licensed financial professional (advisor, fund manager, compliance officer, etc.), this section applies specifically to you. Your professional obligations do not change because you used our tool.
If you are a Regulated User, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI is powerful but imperfect. This section describes the specific ways Stock Simplifier can be wrong, so you know exactly what you are working with.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI Output.
These are the commitments you make by using Stock Simplifier. The core one: you own your investment decisions, full stop.
By using Stock Simplifier, you agree that:
You must be 18 or older to use this Service. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stock Simplifier. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits or any other restriction is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.
You are responsible for:
Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be suspended and their associated data deleted after 30 days advance notice. Any unused prepaid subscription value at the time of inactivity-based termination will be forfeited.
This covers how payment works. You are billed in advance, refunds are limited, and we will give you 30 days notice before raising prices.
Stock Simplifier is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing tiers, billing cycles, and included features are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
If we offer a free trial, trial accounts are limited to one per person. At the end of a trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. We will notify you by email before any trial-to-paid conversion.
You may cancel at any time by emailing brian@longtermmindset.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for unused days. A full refund may be considered, at our sole discretion, if requested in writing within 30 days of your initial subscription date.
We will provide at least 30 days advance written notice of any price increase, delivered by email and posted within the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
We own Stock Simplifier. You get a license to use it while you subscribe. You cannot copy it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.
All software, AI systems, prompts, interfaces, branding, and proprietary logic underlying Stock Simplifier are the exclusive property of Long-Term Mindset LLC and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial stock research during your active subscription. You may not:
By submitting any feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions to us, you grant Long-Term Mindset LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service or any other product, without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
If the Company makes an API available for the Service in the future, such access will be governed by supplemental API Terms that will be incorporated into these Terms. Until such supplemental terms are published, all API access is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Stock Simplifier pulls financial data from Fiscal.ai. We do not control their data and are not responsible for errors on their end.
Stock Simplifier integrates data and infrastructure from third-party providers, including Fiscal.ai (operated by Stratosphere Technology Inc.). Your use of the Service is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies originating from third-party providers are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by the Company.
This explains what data we collect, what happens to it while you subscribe, and what happens after you cancel.
Your use of Stock Simplifier is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We log the queries you submit and the AI Outputs generated in response. This serves two purposes: (a) to power your personal research history within the Service; and (b) to improve the performance and accuracy of the AI system over time using anonymized, aggregated data. We do not sell individual query logs to third parties.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing brian@longtermmindset.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process such requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties.

The Service is operated from the United States and is subject to U.S. export control laws. You represent that you are not located in any country subject to a comprehensive U.S. government embargo or sanctions program, including those administered by OFAC.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access from any jurisdiction at any time, without prior notice, to comply with applicable law.
A list of things you cannot do with Stock Simplifier. Most are common sense, but we need them in writing.
You may not use Stock Simplifier to:
If you believe someone is using the Service to infringe your copyright, here is how to report it to us.
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to brian@longtermmindset.co with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:
We provide Stock Simplifier as-is. We make no promises that it will always be accurate, available, or error-free.
This section caps how much we can owe you if something goes wrong. Investment losses are specifically excluded from any claim against us.
If someone sues us because of something you did while using the Service, you agree to cover our costs.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We can terminate your access if you violate the Terms. Key sections survive termination permanently.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your active subscription and any use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
The following sections survive termination and remain in effect permanently: Sections 3, 4, 9, 15, 16, 17, and 19.
We can update these Terms. If we make a Material Change, we will email you at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For Material Changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any Material Change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disputes are handled under Rhode Island law. We ask you to try to resolve issues directly first. If that fails, disputes go to binding individual arbitration. You waive class action rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at brian@longtermmindset.co with the subject line "Dispute Notice" and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Providence, Rhode Island, or remotely by mutual agreement.
The arbitration agreement and the class action waiver are independent of each other. If a court finds the arbitration agreement unenforceable, the class action waiver shall remain in full force and effect.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions remain in full force and effect.
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, cyberattacks on infrastructure providers, government actions, fires, floods, pandemics, or third-party service outages.
Nothing in these Terms creates an advisory, fiduciary, broker-client, investment management, or any other financial or professional relationship between you and the Company. We are a software provider.
We are committed to making the Service accessible to users with disabilities. If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us at brian@longtermmindset.co.
